Geoffrey D. Pelosi

Attorney Geoffrey D. Pelosi was born and raised in northern New Jersey where he lived until attending Western New England University in Springfield, Massachusetts. Geoffrey received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science with a minor in Public Administration. Geoffrey graduated magna cum laude in 2005 with the additional recognition of the highest possible honors by Pi Sigma Alpha – the National Political Science Honor Society.

It was at this time that Geoffrey moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida and began his studies at Nova Southeastern University – Shepard Broad Law Center. After beginning his career in criminal defense, Geoffrey made the switch to personal injury shortly thereafter. As an associate at a distinguished personal injury firm in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, Geoffrey learned how to research, investigate, negotiate and litigate every aspect of the complex world of personal injury. In January of 2015, Geoffrey decided he could be of even better service to the men, women and children throughout Florida by opening a law firm and ensuring the highest level of service would be given to his clientele.

Geoffrey does not rest until each case has settled to his clients’ complete satisfaction, and if settlement is not possible, Geoffrey will swiftly file a lawsuit and litigate his clients’ cases to achieve the best possible result in court. Daniel S. Hurtes

Attorney Daniel S. Hurtes embarked on his journey to serve others by choosing a career in law from a young age.  Born and raised in New York, Daniel relocated to South Florida to fulfill his aspiration of becoming a lawyer.  Daniel has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation in state and federal courts, including motion practice, oral argument, discovery, mediation, trial, and appellate practice.  Prior to joining Pelosi Injury Law, Daniel honed his legal acumen for nearly a decade as an attorney at an AmLaw 100 law firm.  Daniel has also served as in-house counsel for prominent companies.
